1. Information We Collect
We collect your account information (Email/Phone) for authentication purposes via Clerk. We store chat history to provide continuity for repertory reference and source-linked literature retrieval features during your sessions.
We do not intend to collect sensitive health data or patient-identifiable information. Please do not submit such information.
Important: We do NOT collect real patient names. You are strictly required to use Case IDs and de-identified notes only, and must not enter any patient-identifiable information.
2. How We Use Data
- To provide repertory reference, rubric discovery, and source-linked literature retrieval features for education and research.
- To track usage limits based on your subscription plan.
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Security
We use reasonable security measures, including encryption in transit and encryption at rest where supported. Payments are processed securely via PayPal and Razorpay; we do not store your credit card details.
We are hosted on cloud infrastructure provided by a vendor that maintains SOC 2 audit reports; HomeoAdvice is not independently SOC 2 certified.
